- Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism – is dedicated to exploring the future of journalism worldwide through debate, engagement, and research.
- Rory Peck Awards – uniquely celebrate the work of freelance journalists working in news and current affairs worldwide. These are the freelance video journalists, filmmakers and camera operators who contribute so much to today’s international newsgathering and to our understanding of the world.
- American Press Institute – The American Press Institute advances an innovative and sustainable news industry by helping publishers understand and engage audiences, grow revenue, improve public-service journalism, and succeed at organizational change.
- Pew Research Center – Journalism & Media – a nonpartisan fact tank that informs the public about the issues, attitudes and trends shaping the world. They conduct public opinion polling, demographic research, content analysis and other data-driven social science research. We do not take policy positions. - Reporters Without Borders (RSF) – provides information about the media freedom situation worldwide in French, English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Russian and other languages.
